Truṭi — the Wheel of Vedic Time · त्रुटि

Truṭi in the Vedic reckoning of time (Śrīmad Bhāgavatam). It spans ≈ 0.47 milliseconds. The smallest measure of time — the span in which light crosses three specks of dust seen in a sunbeam. Below it lie only the atoms of matter: the trasareṇu, the aṇu and the paramāṇu. About two thousand truṭis pass in a single second — and a thousand of these tiny instants still nest inside one blink of the eye.
